A guarantee is easy to give and hard to keep. So for every promise, we explain what it means in practice and what it doesn't. All of it is also in our contract terms.
Six promises
The same list in every plan, and the same list in the contract.
You see a demo of your homepage within 24 hours, free of charge. If you don't like it, you owe us nothing and nobody chases you.
We don't count rounds of changes before launch. We keep refining the site until you're ready to publish it. After launch, changes come out of your plan's hours.
The build is included in the monthly price. If you leave, you take the files with you at no extra cost.
The domain is registered in your company's name from day one. The content is yours. We don't hold anything hostage.
We reply to emails and messages within one working day, and your website is monitored continuously to make sure it works.
Your agreed monthly price stays the same. We don't raise it mid-term or afterwards, so even three years from now you'll know what your website costs.

Worth knowing up front, so there are no surprises.
The satisfaction guarantee applies before launch, when changes are unlimited. Once the site has been launched and approved, the 12-month term applies, because that is when the build is paid for.
Nobody can promise you a specific position in Google, and those who do never explain how. We promise sound technical foundations, copy written for search and a report that shows you what is happening.
Basic 1 h/month, Growth 3 h/month, Extended 4 h/month. Larger jobs are €60/h and always agreed in advance. We never bill for anything that hasn't been agreed.
Contract
The first year is a fixed 12-month term, because that is when the website is designed, built and paid for, without a setup fee. After that the contract continues month to month with one month's notice. The contract is always made in writing, never over the phone.

Hosting and backups are included in the price, and we monitor our websites to make sure they're working. If something breaks, we fix it straight away at no charge.
